Welcome back to my page!
I must admit, I have had very little motivation the last couple of days and I realised that I still haven’t written this post and began to stress that I won’t complete in time. But here we are, my monthly empties! I can’t believe we are in March already?! Where is 2018 going? As promised, I vowed last month that I will smash through as many products to make sure I had some new stuff for you guys and lo and behold I have a lot!
Anyway, shall we dive into my monthly empties?
Revlon Colour Stay Foundation
My first on my list and if you have been here a while that it is my favourite foundation! I normally grab a bottle of this whilst it’s on offer in Boots or Superdrug (sometimes B&M). I love this foundation because the coverage is incredible and also it’s a reasonably priced dupe for Estee Lauder Double Wear- who doesn’t love a good dupe? I have rinsed this bottle and sadly have no backups so I will have to pick up a new one on my travels.
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water – Combination & Sensitive Skin
I picked this up when I order my first (and now essential) micellar water from my boots haul last summer, and I have only just finished this bottle which I opened in October. I personally have tried all of the micellar water’s and I haven’t seen a difference in what they do for each skin type. I have combination skin and this removed my makeup the same as my pink bottle does. But nothing removes makeup as well as this stuff, definitely the holy grail!
Loreal Pure Clay Detox Mask
I have had this mask for a long, long time. Which I tend to use it when I suffer from quite severe breakouts, it brought out all of my impurities and allowed my skin to recover quite quickly – especially at ‘that’ time of the month. I probably will not purchase this again only because I have recently discovered the blemish clay mask which I will see through for now (though it makes me look like a smurf… not ok).
Nivea Luxurious Shower Silk Mousse
This was my little gift from Glamour from their beauty club, which I am loving! Everyone in my household (mainly mum) keeping using it in the shower, because it smells and feels divine. I have been unable to track this down in any local drugstores which is heartbreaking, but I will be grabbing a couple once I finally track them down. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, luscious body wash.
NARS Audacious Mascara
I received this in the NARS Powder box last year and I loved it from the first use. My eyelashes looked incredible and it separated each and every lash. I definitely will consider picking this up when I run out of mascara.
Zoeva Graphic Brow
My holy grail eyebrow pencil, for £7.50 this is my all-time favourite. Not only is this super affordable, but its great for that natural looking brows. I swear by Zoeva makeup brushes and now I swear by this pencil, I even have 3 backups in case I run out!
Benefit They’re Real Tinted Primer
This has sat in my makeup drawer for god knows how long, I finally one day decided to give it ago and wow I was not disappointed. If you love the Benefit They’re Real Mascara then you will definitely love the primer. I will be buying this again!!
Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer
As everyone in the blogging industry has tried this product and done their review (including myself) I will not repeat what everyone has said. BUT, I love this product and I am sad I have ran out already. I will be picking up a couple of these on my next trip to Superdrug!
Until Next time…
Love, DD x
