Welcome back to my page!
It’s that time of the month again where I thought I would share my empties with you from January, sadly where this month is a tight month I have had to use all my products that are in my bathroom and make-up collection as I can’t afford anymore (thank you Christmas!).
Formula 10.0.6, One Smooth Operator:
I’ve been using this face scrub for the last few months (perhaps even longer) and I am addicted to the smell, it reminds me of sherbet and it’s addictive. Do I love this product? No, is the simple answer. I’ve had better facial scrubs that successfully remove any dead skin from my face rather than a half-hearted job like this product. I purchased this product from my boots online for £8.99 and safe to say I most likely will not purchase again.
Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser:
I picked this product up back in October after doing some research about the brand, this product is promoted as non-comedogenic (doesn’t block your pores). I suffer myself from big pores and also quite oily skin and I was sold when I read this. After my own trialling of the product, I was obsessed! It removed all excess oil as well as hydrating, after washing my face as soft as a babies bottom. I will be picking this up again when I run out of my Biore face wash!
Collections Lasting Perfection Concealer:
I have been using this concealer since I was 15 and I love it, though it’s not industrial like Tarte Shape Tape, it’s ideal for an everyday makeup look and with a little bit of setting powder it can be used for going out. I love a super affordable beauty product especially when I can grab it at my local drug store. The only downside to this product is that the colour range is poor, 6 shades and safe to say they do not match all.
Lee Stafford Bleach Blonde Conditioner:
I picked this up from Boots a couple of months ago and honestly I would not purchase again. I used both the shampoo and conditioner and by the following evening my roots look uber greasy and quite frankly the end looks dry. I do not love this product and most likely will not buy it again, I pay the same for my OGX Coconut Milk and that does a better job and hydrating my hair and keeping it clean and refreshed until my next wash.
I would love to hear your experiences with the above product so please leave a comment below.
Ta Ta for now!
Love, DD x
